Sometimes you just know you’re in for a badass workout.  During my warmup last Wednesday at the infamous dunes, I got a nice adrenaline kick from a couple heliopters swooping down between the small dune and big dune…

The meat of the WOD:

  • All out sprint up/down
  • Bunny Hops/sprint down
  • All out sprint up/down
  • Lateral Bunny Hops/sprint down
  • All out sprint up/down
  • Bunny Hops/sprint down
  • All out sprint up/down
  • Carioca facing N/walk down
  • Carioca facing S/walk down

Last round of bunny hops looked like this; I like booking it down to break my level-ground speed barrier.  Almost dumped it though…
