Born during quarantine 2020, skills originally started in our virtual program as a way for our members to continue their movement practice at home with minimal equipment. Given the current restrictions/concerns due to COVID-19, we have kept it in our "in-person" program!

We start with mobility, train our brain with a challenging natural movement technique, then get after it with a 3-5 move combo to keep our skills sharp as well as increase our endurance and resilience!
