A blend of open play, ninja instruction, and an outlet for energy expenditure for the active pre-schoolers out there!
All of our new ninjas start with smaller classes in our Studio which focus on essential skills to crush life and eventually our classes in the Jungle.
After we establish the fundamentals, ninjas move on to the Jungle where they learn how to overcome obstacles safely and efficiently. We hope this approach stays with our ninjas as the encounter life's inevitable obstacles!
Advanced level classes held in our Jungle, ninjas continue to build their practice by overcoming more advanced and challenging obstacles, as well as increasing their efficiency and adaptability!
We were original members of the New England Ninja Association (now known as the North East Ninja Association). These classes are for ninjas who want to compete against ninjas from other gyms in our region!
