Mocha Madness Smoothie

From the First Laidy...

At the open house I had some samples of my newest smoothie creations but I am a slacker who is just now putting it up!!!

If you need a fast and healthy way to wake up in the am, a mid-day pick-me-up, or something to get you going before a workout then this smoothie has your name written all over it!

(makes two servings)

1 cup coffee (or two if you need a little more caffeine)

2 servings chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 banana


Blend this all together and you have Mocha Madness! You may need to add a little extra water depending on how you like your shakes.  Thick or thin, this smoothie will give you a healthy boost of energy that will sustain you for a while!!!! Hope you enjoy it!
