Coming in March 2014: An Addition to Our Tribe!

Hello all :) So I am sure most of you know by now but in case you don’t, it’s our 2 YearAnniversary! Haha just kidding. Actually it is but that’s not the big news…The First Laidy is KNOCKED UP!! Well it was on purpose but I like the term. Anyway, I am a little over 17 weeks and feeling great!

Guest Post - Primal Fudge

We are very fortunate to have some kitchen-savvy clients who share their delicious and nutritious primal recipes! This one’s from Lindsay – she did the Primal Challenge back in June 2012. In 21 days she dropped over 4 lbs and 8 inches off a petite and fit frame. When we measured her this June she had lost an additional 10 lbs and 16″ for a 1 year total of 14 lbs and 24 inches! As you’ll clearly see below, she’s been doing this without depriving her taste buds! Here’s the belated post for her dangerously decadent Primal Fudge!

Officially MovNat Certified!

Woohoo! After years of waiting and saving, I finally pulled the trigger and signed up for the MovNat Level 1 Certification Program in Boston last weekend, becoming Little Rhody’s only Certified MovNat Trainer! Here’s my review of 2 days of intense learning and play!

Tough Mudder Mount Snow - Doing It Raw!

I love Tough Mudder so much I had to share it with 23 friends! When I looked at the course map I was kinda disappointed to see only 18 obstacles, especially since they omitted twinkle toes and the dong dangler, both of which we’d trained for quite a bit. Oh well, they made it up by adding more steep hills (or so it felt).
